We can operate nationwide through our affiliate programs. Our operations office is open 24/7/365 for all support and monitoring of our officers. We use proprietary scheduling, time tracking, and reporting software company-wide to ensure real-time communication and oversight of all operations across the state.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Art Eisenstein
Co-Owner and CEO
Arthur (Art) Eisenstein was born and raised in Silver Spring Maryland. In 1982 at the age of 17 He enlisted in the United States Navy and went to school in Dam Neck, Virginia to become an Operation Specialist. He spent a total of over 24 years active and reserve time retiring as Lieutenant Commander. While in the navy some of his duties were as an intel photographer, anti-terrorist self-defense team leader, command rescue swimmer, and dive officer. And ended with two Commanding Officer tours. Art’s highest award while serving was the Navy/Marine Corps Medal of Heroism.
After his time of active duty he entered the cooperate world and ended up in Manhattan, NY as Director of Operations of Lord & Taylor Division. He then became President of TimePiece Jewelers based in Bowie, MD.
His next chapter brought him into becoming the CEO and Chief Agent of A Shore Out Bail Bonds. Here is where he found the appreciation for legal system, law enforcement and security. Art lead a fugitive apprehension team while working along with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to bring fugitives to Justice.
Art’s most recent positions before coming onboard to Top Gun Security was Head of Security for Uniform Security Agency in which he was responsible for operating and leading over 25 high risk sites from Palm Beach Gardens to Miami and as Deputy Director of Security of Eastpointe Country Club which was a community of over 877 homes.
